The Junction City Arts Council's 2nd annual Premier Ball will have a Monte Carlo theme. This is a black tie (optional) masquerade ball with casino gaming, dancing, live entertainment and the unveiling of the 2009 Premier Artist, chosen through a state-wide competition.
