The theme for the Junction City Arts Council's third annual Premier Ball is "Monet's Garden." The Ball will also serve as a fundraiser for the Arts Council. The Black Tie (optional) event will feature an array of activities throughout the evening including Hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. The unveiling of the 2010 Premier Artist, chosen through state-wide competition, will highlight the evening. The following morning brunch will be served from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm. This event will be held at the Junction City Municipal Bldg. located at 700 N. Jefferson St., Junction City, KS. The cost is $50.00 per ticket.
