Infant Massage

Parents with children from 0-3 (expecting parenting)
What: This two session course is designed to guide parents on how to massage their own babies (birth to 6 months only please). Parents are asked to bring a soft comfortable blanket, special toy for baby, dress infant in easy to remove clothing and to be prepared to feed baby if necessary and to sit on the floor. Infants Massage benefits are as follows:
Strengthens loving, intimate communication and bond between parent and child
Strengthens and regulates baby’s primary systems
Reduces gas and colic
Helps baby sleep better
Where: Army Community Service, 7264 Normandy Drive
No food provided
Child care if RSVP two days prior to class
RSVP if Child care needed
Sign up in advance is encourage if childcare is needed
