In beginner’s gymnastics, children will learn hand eye coordination, loco motor skills, small motor development, utilizing motor development tools such as balls, hoops, colors, and etc. Different types of rolls will be taught such as front, back, log, and other types of rolls. Some other basic skill will be cartwheels (left and right leg), bridges, basic stretches, and etc. These ages will also do very limited work on the bars and floor beam.
