In intermediate gymnastics, children will learn flexibility and strength predominately on gymnastics skills. Different types of rolls will be taught such as front, back, log, and other types of rolls. Some other basic skill will be cartwheels (left and right leg), bridges, basic stretches, and etc. Your child will also learn how to use the beam, bars, vault, and floor.
