The RELO goal is to continue to assist meeting the requirement for mandated overseas PCS OCONUS briefings (AR 600-8-11, Reassignment). Relocation informs Soldiers during their LEVY briefings of this requirement and provides dates and times for Soldiers to attend the appropriate briefing. Although AR 600-8-11 specifically states that these briefings are for OCONUS locations, RELO stresses the importance that any Soldier PCSing for the first time attends one of the PCS briefings NLT 30 days from departing Fort Riley.
