Who: Given to Spouses and Families of Soldiers who are deployed or on an unaccompanied tour.
What: Fitness For Life lecture/Fitness Training
Why: Offers support for waiting Families by linking Family members and children with other Families who are left behind due to sponsor's mission requirements.
