Who: Parents with children ages 0-3
What: 1 free hour of walking
When: 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Where: King Field House
Why: Provide parents and young children with one hour of free walking time in a fun group setting. Meet other parents, get active with your young children (0-3), learn about important parenting topics, discuss challenges, brainstorm ways to keep active and energized during the winter months.

All Military members who are separated, divorce pending, or simply want to learn: about the impact divorce has upon their children, how to resolve conflict with other parent, and establishing long term vision and commitment to their children. Each participant who complete all four sessions will receive certificate for the courts.
