Service members and their Families Anyone who is interested in improving how their brain functions. It has been used successfully with learning disabilities, ADHD, PTSD and stroke victims.
Location: ACS, 7264 Normandy Drive
Purpose: These are fun and user friendly techniques that strengthen brain function. They integrate left and right hemispheres of the brain, bringing a balance to the way we process information, improving our understanding and functioning.

October’s class dates will be 5, 12, 19
November’s classes will be 2, 9, 16
Whatnots: Bal-a-vis-x Demonstrations and classes; Bal-a-vis-x stands for balance, auditory visual exercises deeply based in rhythm. A series of exercises using balls and sand bags in rhythmic techniques that increase focus, attention and the ability to process information. Bal-a-vis-x is being presented as part of the Ft. Riley Resiliency Campus curriculum.
